Refund Policy – Ashlee’s Elite Cleaning LLC
At Ashlee’s Elite Cleaning, we take pride in delivering high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services. Our team is committed to excellence, and customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of our work and the time reserved for each client, we have established the following refund policy:
No Refunds Policy
All payments made to Ashlee’s Elite Cleaning are non-refundable. By booking our services, you agree to the time, labor, and resources scheduled and allocated specifically for your appointment.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with any part of your cleaning, you must contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make every reasonable effort to address the concern with a one-time re-cleaning of the specific area(s) in question. Re-cleans must be scheduled within 3 business days of the original service and do not entitle the customer to a refund.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of service or failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time will result in the full service fee being charged, with no refund issued.
Recurring Service Commitments
If you receive a discount or promotional pricing for recurring services and cancel after the first cleaning, you will be charged the full price of a one-time cleaning retroactively.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds are only considered in extraordinary circumstances and are issued solely at the discretion of Ashlee’s Elite Cleaning management. Any approved refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.
